Erin, What can substitute for the power cleans?
I'm going to let Erin answer this but I know sandbag shoulderings are something we generally sub out for newbies or people uncomfortable with cleans. What's the reason for the sub MJ?
Byrd, Wrist – can't bend it back without pain. I saw Nelson on Friday and I am going back today. I don't know what I did but it happened a while ago and I think I really aggravated it last week. Can't catch a break – work out to try a stay healthy and I end up injured. Two steps forward and one step back. Blah, Blah, Blah
Ah, well ask Erin tonight at the session. Sandbag shoulderings shouldnt hurt your wrist but Erins the boss
