3 stages of a Broad Jump! Warren in the middle setting up (note the closed angle of the hip ready to drive forward). Ian on the far left jumping and beginning to pull the legs up to change the direction of forces forward. And Kelly, throwing the legs in front of the body to achieve max distance. Beautiful stuff, I think!

Things you might want to know about:

Buy in: 15 unbroken OHS with PVC with hands and feet as close as possible.

Complete 2 rounds NO TIME COMPONENT

10 Standing Broad Jumps (minimum of 6 feet per jump)
21 KB Swings 2 pood

REST 5 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

Max Push Ups
Sprint 100 yards

*Make sure to begin sprint from push up position. So once you finish your last push up, start the sprint from the push up or prone position.
