10 Chest to bar pullups
10 Front Squats (165 / 105)
10 Burpees

Sunday to-do list.
1.) Spend time with family.
2.) Stop by Tribe to lift something heavy or make up a workout you missed during the week.
3.) Cook a bunch of food for the week (such as a pound of chicken or a big bowl of cooked veggies). Preparation is key to good nutrition and staying on course.
