HOW does she do that?!?!
I’ve always wanted to get a picture of Rachel swigging away during “Cindy”. I had to settle for this blurry pic (she flies through these too quickly for my lens to capture the light – ! )

Some things never get old… like nut butters, Crossfit Tribe sweatshirts, and keeping your weight on your heels. I don’t care how long you’ve been doing CrossFit or how good your back squat is – if your weight’s not on your heels you’re not doing your own body justice. Here, Carissa starts from the bottom up.
Flexion and extension – gorgeous stuff from Mary Jo, Mike, and Rich!
Welcome to our humble cave, Mike!
Warren and Mark did an exemplary job of keeping their hips extremely stable during the thigh touches. I just want to say that I remember how HARD these used to be for some of you – and now…you just fly through them. Really neat to see happen. Keep up the GREAT work, y’all.
If this were NEXT week tomorrow would be the Paleo Potluck. (!!!)
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are thigh-touches (alternated count), and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
READ FIRST: Endurance WOD's are meant to be a SUPPLEMENT to the daily Crossfit WOD, not a replacement. Endurance WOD's should only be done 3+ hours before/after a traditional Crossfit WOD or on rest days.
This is an Adinkra Symbol. The wawa tree, a hard African wood, is revered for its quality as a medium for carving. Its seeds are extremely hard and serve as a symbol in Akan culture of strength, toughness, and perseverance.
