Here are all the things you missed on your oh-so-comfy Saturday:
Rachel completed her first “Fran” (@ 45lbs. and with green band assisted pullups) to the tune of 5:41. YUP. You read that right…5 minutes and 41 seconds. She didn’t skip a beat. Crazy chick, that one.
Dennis and Matt hauled in huge Crossfit Totals, the combined total of all the weight that was lifted within an hour and 15 minutes was well over 2000 lbs. Their individual totals are now posted. Do you know your total? Why not?
Alyson hit a PR on her front squat. A few weeks ago she hit 125×3, today she hit 135 for a single. Her rowing is also looking scores better. Literally, scores. As in, she’ll beast yours now, thank you very much.
Mark and Kelly came in to check out the foam roller and ended up racking up some front squat numbers as well. Both got new PRs!
